Final Thought: Conner Cook, much like his predecessor Kirk Cousins, has great leadership ability, understanding of the game, and overall intangibles. He also has a below average arm, and at times, poor decision making ability. Many thought, and still think, Cook to be the top quarterback in 2016, but if he does not improve his short comings and throw the ball at a higher level he will be a fringe first round prospect.
